1) Usually we give samples in stock when we receive sample request
from buyer
2) It is possible If customer needs sample with their own logo and
print.

4)Sample time:we can send out existing sample immediately.For
sample with client's logo and print it takes 2 weeks.For new mold

How to use bamboo fiber items?
1. Recommended use temperature :-20°c -120°c.
2. No direct use on fire or in steamer.
3. Not use in microwave or oven.
4. Dishwasher safe,but avoid using chlorine or chlorine based
detergents or bleach.

• Bamboo fiber dinnerware should be handled like any quality
dinnerware.
• Harsh or abrasive cleaners, steel wool or any type of plastic or
metal scouring pads are not recommended for bamboofiber products.
The use of these products on bamboofiber will cause the finish to
be removed and possible staining issues.
• For best results, use only non-abrasive pads to clean or remove
dried food.
• Pre-soak bamboofiber products, if necessary, in a high quality
pre-soak dishwashing detergent.
• Dishwasher safe; however, avoid use of chlorine or chlorine based
detergents or bleach.
• Please consult your chemical specialist for the best solution
made specifically for use on bamboofiber products.
• Shatter-proof,but it doesn’t mean it cannot break,please manage
with care.
• Oven or microwave use is not recommended.
